Beginning September 1st, 2024, Willowglen Medical Centre in Kearny’s Spring, Toowoomba will transition to a mixed billing practice in response to increasing support costs.

This does not imply that our bulk-billed patients must seek services elsewhere. If you are a registered patient with us and have previously been bulk-billed, you will continue to receive bulk billing.

This does not imply that Willowglen Medical Centre is no longer welcoming new bulk-billed patients either. On the contrary, all new patients visiting our clinic in Kearny’s Spring will have their first consult bulk billed provided you have a Medicare Card or Overseas Health Insurance.

The following patients, consults and examinations will continue to be Bulk Billed.

Children under 16, Pension and Concession card holders, HCC and DVA card holders, Work cover patients, all overseas (Student and Visitor private insurance card holders), Indigenous Peoples of our Nation (registered with us and have signed a CTG form) enrolled with our practice will continue to be bulkbilled.
